At Authentic Water USA, we offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location and product size. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–9 business days.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, USPS, and Charger Water (our OEM partner) depending on the product and destination.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international destinations at this time.

Large & Heavy Items

Whole-house water systems, softeners, and other oversized products may ship via freight or specialized carrier. Delivery times for these items may vary. If your order requires freight delivery, our team will contact you with additional details.
